How do I remove the word/section Description from my main product page?

Thank you... that worked but now it is not showing the price of the product under price... how do I fix that?

Hi Cheri,

If you want to try a different more flexible layout please try opening your admin and going to the Software Configuration section.

Locate xproductwithhtml and set to Yes.

This makes the layout use the templates.

Hi Cam,

At this time I would prefer to use the format I have. Is there any way that the price can show up there? Everything else is okay but that.

Once I get that fixed I may consider doing the templates but at this time I am extremely limited on my time working two jobs so just needing this to show correctly on the page.

hi Cheri, it seems you need to enter double of comma in xproductcaptions as below:

LangProductName,,LangProductQuantity,LangProductPrice
or with   as below:
LangProductName, ,LangProductQuantity,LangProductPric

Great find Daniel but a better way would be to modify these settings together:

xproductfields - cname,quantity,cprice
xproductcaptions - LangProductName,LangProductQuantity,LangProductPrice

Make sure these match.

Please see chapter 4.14.4.1 Changing fields that are displayed in the User Guide.

Or do it Daniels way.
