If you find that VP-CART does not meet your needs, we are pleased to offer a full refund for the software license purchase. For our hosting packages, you can cancel at any time without being bound to a long-term contract. Simply inform us of your desire to close your account, and we will update it immediately.

Following your purchase, we provide a 14-day refund policy, subject to our discretion.

Here are some key guidelines:

1. We are dedicated to supporting our software and ensuring its functionality. If a technical issue arises, you must allow us the opportunity to resolve it promptly before a refund is granted. Often, issues can be caused by conflicting modules/addons or templates, so please give us a chance to address any technical problems before requesting a refund.

2. Requests for refunds based on changes in your business direction or challenges with software usability are not valid reasons for a refund. Changes in your business model or technical expertise do not qualify for a refund.

3. Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of your original purchase. After this period, we do not offer refunds. We will continue to support you and the software, but no exceptions will be made to this rule.

4. The 14-day refund period begins from your initial purchase. This means that if you purchase the software, receive a refund, and then purchase it again, the refund period does not reset. This rule is in place to prevent abuse of the refund policy.

5. The 14-day refund policy does not apply to product upgrade and support purchases or services. It is not acceptable to purchase upgrade support, obtain the latest software, and then request a refund. Please use good common sense.
